Delicious food and gourmet board from the Filzmooserhof kitchen
Dinner is served! From early to late the Filzmooserhof kitchen prepares all kinds of delicious food. The extensive healthy buffet breakfast, delicious meals from the lunch buffet and special meals which exude flair from the menu, crowned with multi-course gourmet menus with a choice of meals in the evening. Always prepared with manifest care and attention!
In the main it is regional produce which is used: fresh milk from grass-fed cows from the neighbouring organic farm, meat from regional butchers, treats from the bakery in Filzmoos along with seasonal produce from the surrounding area. Quality that you can taste!
Our head chef and his team Austrian specialities with ideas from across the globe. Themed buffets and fondue evenings provide a bit of variety. Vegetarian meals are also offered at mealtimes. Requirements for gluten-free, lactose and fructose-free meals are also met. Let us know in advance about any food allergies and intolerances you may have and we will provide appropriate alternatives.

Luxurious board - ALL inclusive
- Extensive healthy buffet breakfast served between 7.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. with lots of wholegrain foods, bread and pastries from the bakery in Filzmoos, fresh fruit, muesli with fresh milk from grass-fed cows from the neighbouring organic farm, selection of teas & speciality coffees
- Buffet lunch served between 12.00 and 1.30 p.m.
Soup with a variety of accompaniments, fresh – crisp salads and raw foods, mains and desserts, fruit - Cake served between 3.00 and 5.00 p.m. and ice-cream from 12.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.
Extensive selection from the cake buffet and a selection of ice-creams to choose from - Evening meal with gourmet menu; for adults served between 6.30 p.m. and 8.00 p.m.
4-course evening menu; with at least 2 mains to choose from, extensive salad buffet with starters and selection of cheeses - For children: daily children’s buffet served from 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Additional inclusive services in the summer:
- Non-alcoholic and hot drinks served between 7.00 a.m. and 9.30 p.m.
- Beer, wine and a selection of spirits served between 12.00 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.
- Children’s juice bar for our little guests, with their own drink beakers
- Use of heated outdoor pool (26 °C), sauna, steam bath and infrared cabins
- Use of the state-of-the-art Techno Gym fitness lounge
- Use of the hotel’s own tennis court right at the hotel (tennis shoes and flat-sole sports shoes required)
- Free tennis racket hire, tennis balls and Nordic Walking poles
- Filzy’s children’s club with children’s entertainment for children aged 3 and over (from Sunday to Friday evening)
- Teens – Entertainment during the summer holidays in July and August

Gourmet half-board plus for adults
- Extensive healthy buffet breakfast served between 7.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. with lots of wholegrain foods, bread and pastries from the bakery in Filzmoos, fresh fruit, muesli with fresh milk from grass-fed cows from the neighbouring organic farm, selection of teas & speciality coffees
- Cake served between 3.00 and 5.00 p.m. (selection at the cake buffet)
- Evening meal with gourmet menu; for adults served between 6.30 p.m. and 8.00 p.m.
4-course evening menu; with at least 2 mains to choose from, extensive salad buffet with starters and selection of cheeses
Kids All Inclusive, for children up to the age of 13:
- Buffet lunch served between 12.00 and 1.30 p.m.
- Evening meal from the buffet, served between 6.30 p.m. and 8.00 p.m.
- Drinks form the children’s juice bar with their own drink beakers provided (apple juice, orange juice, ice-cream – Tea, Skiwasser, mineral water and still water)
- Cake and ice-cream served between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.
Additional inclusive services in the winter:
- use of the heated outdoor pool (33 °C), sauna, steam bath and infrared cabins
- Use of the state-of-the-art Techno Gym fitness lounge
