Current corana cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR YOUR WINTER HOLIDAY.

  • Free cancellation as well as premature termination of your stay is possible at any time if one of the following reasons applies: - a travel warning for the Pongau / Filzmoos district, the state of Salzburg or entire Austria – the corona-traffic light for the Pongau district is set to red – a mandatory quarantine or PCR-test at return of the trip.
  • In case a guest has been tested positive on Covid-19 (also for relatives or if quarantine is required), the accommodation provider must be informed and the disease must be verified by means of a medical confirmation by a doctor. In this case, free cancellation is not possible, unless this is expressly covered by taking out a European travel insurance.
  • In general, free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival!
  • In case of cancellation, your deposit will be converted into a hotel voucher for your next visit or returned if desired.
  • The general conditions for the hotel industry apply - in case of cancellation from 7 to 14 days before the arrival day, 70% of the complete travel sum will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation in the last week before arrival as well as early termination of the stay, 90% of the complete travel sum will be charged.

WINTER OUTLOOK.

  • The mountain railways pursue a measure concept that is continuously updated and adapted to the changing situations.
  • Wearing mouth and nose coverings (MNS) is compulsory in the indicated areas of the mountain railways
  • The waiting lines are organized independently of the current legal provisions in such a way as to avoid as much as possible that groups of people are too close to each other.
  • Sufficient hand disinfection options are installed for you in the indoor areas of the gondola facilities.
  • All gondolas are regularly disinfected.
  • It goes without saying that we ensure that all hygiene regulations and recommendations of the Austrian Ministry of Health are observed.
